Chef Daniel Fenwick regularly opens the pages of “The Flavor Bible” when dreaming up his daily menu at Midtown Medical Respite Center. It’s not a cookbook, but more of a culinary encyclopedia for various ingredients he might have on hand on any given day, and compatible flavor combinations. Based on our patients’ rave reviews of Chef Daniel’s meals, it must be good.
